I don't see a Finest Installer in my vicinity. What can I do?

Feel free to contact us and we can arrange for a Finest Installer to travel or be flown to you. We may also have an Installer in the process of being Authorized in your area.

How long until my car can get wet?

12-24 hours after your vehicle was coated it can be exposed to water. If wet before that time water should be blown off or safely wiped off before it dries on the surface. No water should touch your vehicle period for at least 2 hours in optimal temperatures.

How long should I wait before washing my car with soap?

You should wait a minimum of 5 days before washing with soap or using cleaners however bugs or bird bombs can be removed asap as directed below.

Should I use a drive through car wash?

Not if you care about your perfect finish! Drive through car washes have sharp, hard, dirty bristles that can severely swirl your paint.

Should I let the dealership wash it?

Never allow a car dealership to wash your vehicle. They do not understand how to, nor do they have the time or equipment to do so without introducing swirls into your perfect finish.

Will Finest prevent rock chips?

No, no coating can prevent rock chips however it will protect the paint from road rash caused by tiny sand fragments at high speed. For rock chips ask your Finest Installer about application of a ppf film after polishing and before application of Finest.

This depends on how you care for your vehicle.

What is the difference between CQuartz and CQuartz Finest Reserve?

CQuartz Finest Reserve is offered via Certified Detailers ONLY while CQuartz is a consumer series product. There are many differences between CQuartz and CQ Finest Reserve. While both are glass coatings Finest offers greater gloss, dust and dirt resistance, fine swirl resistance, a slick to the touch feel, more resistance to water spots and the environment, and FINEST RESERVE is offered only through Authorized Installers who have developed their skills and take the utmost pride in their work.

What is the best possible way I can care for my perfected and enhanced vehicle now protected with CQuartz Finest?

If you do not have your installer maintain your vehicle we recommend using the CarPro Merino Wool Wash Mitt with CarPro Reset and dry with a Microfiber Madness Dry Me Crazy towel. Ask your installer for tips or training on how to safely and properly wash a vehicle.

Can I clay my car?

No, you should not clay your vehicle. Now that it is coated, regular washing will remove contaminants easily and bonded contaminants will become rare. In the case that bonded contaminants do collect,CarPro Iron X will easily dissolve them without hurting your coating. Consult your Authorized Installer.

I enjoy waxing my car. Is there something else I can apply to Finest that is not an inferior product?

Yes, we highly recommend CarPro Reload. Reload is an inorganic quartz sealant with SiO2 in a water based formula. Reload adds slickness and gloss to your paint and can be utilized to maintain peak showroom shine and slickness.

Does Finest prevent swirls?

Finest does resist swirls from washing better than any other product on the market. No ceramic coating will be able to prevent swirls 100% but with proper care and technique and the Finest coating you can drastically reduce them. The most important thing you can do is use the supplies we have recommended above, and ask your Finest Installer or Corey at 386-259-0759 to show you the proper method of washing.

Can I take my car to a touchless car wash?

Yes, while we would recommend the washing routine already described here for best practice, you can use a touchless wash. We do however recommend doing a little research on the touchless you deal with as many use extremely caustic chemicals that aren’t good for some of the materials on your vehicle and they also leave residue that will affect the way water and dirt will stay off your vehicle when Finest is allowed to perform on its own.

Can heat or frost harm Finest after it has cured?

No, Finest is extremely resistant to both low and high temperatures.

Will the sun have any effect on my vehicle after it is released to me?

Driving or parking in the sun has only positive effects on your coating helping it to fully cure even faster from the heat.

Water repellency has faded some over time. Is something wrong?

Over time contaminants can build and affect the coating. The good news is a simple treatment of Iron X will dissolve the contaminants and a spray on/wipe off CarPro Reload treatment will revitalize and return the upper hydrophobic layer to its former glory. Reload is water based but also contains SiO2 to easily repair the coating if needed.

Does my car get shinier?

Yes, your Finest installer will polish your vehicle using specific combinations of pads and polishes to create a beautiful shine. After this step they will apply two coats of CQ Finest, which will most improve the gloss even beyond the amazing level they achieve through polishing! If properly cared for this gloss will last a minimum of two years.

Are there any tricks to applying Reload?

It’s quite simple once you know what to do, however you should allow your Finest Installer to show you the best method of application.


How do I know, the date I would receive my order?

The expected dispatch date of the order is mentioned against each product. Your order would be shipped accordingly. Our endeavour is to get the order delivered to you as fast as possible. If we estimate any delay, we will update you about the same.

The product that I wanted to order is no more available. What do I do?

We do get fresh stock of whatever has been sold out in most cases. There is a "Tell Me When Available" link right next to Out of Stock sign under each product, you can click on that button and you will be notified via email once that item is back in stock. Please note One-of-a-kind items do not come back in stock.

Can I change a product in an order that I have already placed?

It would not be possible to change products in orders, you need to get your previous order cancelled within 24hrs and place a new order.

Payment I have been charged twice, for a single order that I placed with you.

Due to technical issues sometime, there are possibilities of being charged twice for a single transaction. In such case, Please email us with the order tracking number, the amount and the date of duplicate charge. We shall get back to you with a feasible solution.

Can I pay for an order, after I have received the product?

No we don’t provide cash on delivery service.

I placed an order, but it was cancelled- why?

We try to keep inventory status real time but since we sell via multiple channels its hard at times to ensure all stock position is real time online. If the item is not in stock, we send out an email asking you if you can wait or we need to cancel the order before we do so

Our Payment gateways adopt stringent security measures to ensure that critically sensitive information, such as your personal information and your credit card details, are well protected. We are using PayUMoney as our payment gateway partner.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges for MOST products are not applicable. However it depends on the weight and the item. A lot is also based on your address.

We run offers on MOST items always, hence you do get benefits of either free shipping or item level discounts.

Since we engage 3rd party couriers and we are a small unit we do not get benefits of bulk rates, so we do incur some costs of shipping. Unless we are a large ecommerce company, couriers demand their due and we pay!

If your order value is exceeding Rs5,000 ( minus any offers) please contact us via email and we can waive off any shipping if applicable.

What are the couriers you use to ship the products?

We use reputed couriers based on the destination of delivery. Some of the names are FedEx, Delhivery, Professional Courier. We engaged some upcoming couriers who are more reliable at times so if you see a lesser known name, please do not worry and think its cheap, its more reliable for your location!

Can you ship the product, faster than the dispatch date given online?

We generally try to dispatch products as soon as possible and within the dispatch date given. However expediting products may not be possible, all the time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You may use Internet Banking or pay by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.

How can the store offer these discounts?

Offers if any are mentioned on the Product page and it may vary from time to time.
