]]> UltraCut contains a cocktail of fully diminishing abrasives, which correct heavy defects while producing minimal hazing. Combine it with the CARPRO cutting pads (wool, flash, cool) or microfibres for extremely effective and efficient defect removal. Drop down to CARPRO orange polishing pad and you can finish down hologram-free even on the most sensitive paints.

UltraCut is a perfect solution for rotary or DA polishing with extremely low dusting and a lubricant that allows the abrasives to be fully worked over extended periods. This allows total breakdown with less marring and holograms.

How to use
For D/A

  • Prime a clean dry pad with a very thin worked-in layer of compound and add an additional 3-4 pea-sized drops of UltraCut.
  • Spread the product across a section.
  • Raise speed to HIGH (4-5).
  • Use MIN pressure for the first 2-3 passes and increase with each pass.
  • Blow air on pads often.
  • When scratches disappear or the polish has become clear, wipe clean with an MF towel.
  • Clean pad.
  • Move to the next section, apply 2-4 pea-sized drops to the pad and repeat steps 2-7.

For Rotary

  • Prime a clean dry pad with a very thin worked-in layer of compound and add an additional 3-4 pea-sized drops of UltraCut.
  • Spread the product across a section.
  • Keep the polisher at LOW speed (1000-1200 RPM).
  • Use MIN pressure for the first 2-3 passes and increase with each pass up to MAX.
  • Finish with LOW pressure.
  • When scratches disappear or the polish has become clear, wipe clean with an MF towel.
  • Clean pad.
  • Move to the next section, apply 2-4 pea-sized drops to the pad and repeat steps 2-7.

For Rotary:

  • Spread product across a section.
  • Keep polisher on LOW speed with LOW pressure.
  • Use MIN pressure for the first 1-2 passes increasing pressure ever so slightly. Work with max 1000-1200 RPM.
  • When scratches disappear or the polish becomes clear, wipe clean with an MF towel.
  • Clean pad.
  • Move to the next section, apply 2-4 pea-sized drops to the pad and repeat steps 2-7.
