UltraCut is a perfect solution for rotary or DA polishing with extremely low dusting and a lubricant that allows the abrasives to be fully worked over extended periods. This allows total breakdown with less marring and holograms.
How to use
For D/A
- Prime a clean dry pad with a very thin worked-in layer of compound and add an additional 3-4 pea sized drops of UltraCut.
- Spread product across a section.
- Raise speed to HIGH (4-5).
- Use MIN pressure for first 2-3 passes and increase with each pass.
- Blow air on pads often.
- When scratches disappear or the polish has become clear, wipe clean with a MF towel.
- Clean pad.
- Move to next section, apply 2-4 pea-sized drops to the pad and repeat steps 2-7.
For Rotary
- Prime a clean dry pad with a very thin worked-in layer of compound and add an additional 3-4 pea sized drops of UltraCut.
- Spread product across a section.
- Keep polisher on LOW speed (1000-1200 RPM).
- Use MIN pressure for first 2-3 passes and increase with each pass up to MAX.
- Finish with LOW pressure.
- When scratches disappear or the polish has become clear, wipe clean with a MF towel.
- Clean pad.
- Move to next section, apply 2-4 pea-sized drops to the pad and repeat steps 2-7.
