Our Polyshave pad is one of three options in our Polyshave line and is constructed to last longer than clay and decon a car faster than clay as well. With our advanced Rubber Polymer Technology bonded to a 6″ Diameter velcro pad with foam interlayer, you can now utilize your dual action machine to do the work for you!
Decontamination of the paint surface is critical to proper auto care for a multitude of reasons. You want to remove all contaminants before polishing so you can work on a clean canvas rather than dragging tiny contaminants across the paint during the polishing phase. Remove them first! Then polish… Utilizing any of our Polyshave products you can remove the above surface bonded contaminants and use Iron X to remove anything below the surface of the paint as well!
For years clay was THE cornerstone of vehicle decontamination but now with our Polyshave Towels, Pads, and Blocks, Iron X, TRIX, and Tar X, we offer a variety of methods to remove decontamination from the surface. Like clay, the Polyshave Decon Towel removes the above surface contaminants but UNLIKE clay it is not nearly as time-consuming. Also unlike clay if you drop any product from our Polyshave line it can be rinsed off and still used! With clay anytime, it’s dropped it becomes instant trash and must be tossed out. Our CarPro Polyshave pad not only rinses easily but also outlasts clay time and again.

Directions:
- Wash Vehicle
- Attach to hook & loop backing plate on a dual action polisher (Do NOT use with rotary)
- For first use break in PolyShave pad by using on windshield and all glass before paint.
- Apply Ultima Waterless wash or lube liberally and keep the surface wet with lubricant
- Work at low speed (exact setting varies based on the machine) with moderate arm speed, using even and overlapping patterns one section at a time.
- Do not use added pressure, simply glide across the surface with the pad flat
- Rinse often or as needed to maintain working a clean surface
- Wipe off with a microfiber towel as you go
Notes:
- As with any mechanical decontamination products, polishing afterwards may be needed to remove any micro marring
- For a perfect finish use a finishing polish after use
- Do NOT USE WITH ROTARY POLISHER

- If you are new to these types of products check paint in direct lighting after one section to verify correct use.
